Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at stepbystepthreads@gmail.com with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders that are refused or not collected due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
